At Ava, we don’t take risks. All partners, clients and clients of clients undertake KYC (Know Your Customer) Due Diligence, both prior to commencing services and on an ongoing basis.
All lanes of business adhere to bespoke Secure Operating Procedures documented by our Risk Management Team and all partners and airports are also subject to a physical audit. All countries where we conduct business are reviewed on a monthly basis and assigned risk ratings.
